Information: Tom's and Annie's rooms (twin and double) named after Thomas Davies and his wife, the last millers, are accessed via a wooden spiral staircase, have original fireplaces, beamed ceilings, hand crafted beds and views across the River Wye towards Radnorshire and the 13th century church at Llanstephan. Both rooms are en-suite with continental baths and showers above. The sunny Mill room (double) next to the stone floor, is also en-suite with french windows opening onto a timber veranda with tubs of flowers, table and chairs, and sheep grazing the steep fields beneath Mynydd Forest.Our breakfasts are relaxed and leisurely, so don't worry if you need a lie in! Help yourself from a selection of fruit, cereals, juices and yoghurt and then choose from our varied menu; maybe the "Full Monty" including our original bean, basil and tomato sausage or croissants and baguette fresh from the kitchen range with Welsh cheese and home-made jams, or perhaps (if they're laying!) one of our own ducks eggs boiled or scrambled on wholemeal toast.We offer a three course vegetarian evening meal but need at least a few hours notice to prepare this, otherwise we can provide a single course 'simple supper' at short notice. We have an interesting selection of soft drinks but no alcohol licence so you are welcome to bring your own wine if you wish.Please mention this Builth web site if you contact this business.
