Has your black cat gone missing? Early on Thursday morning (May 1st) i found an injured black cat lying on the road - just outside no 33 on the Brecon Rd- I took the cat to the Vet in Builth Wells where he is being cared forif you think this is your pet - please contact the Vet for more information
